I had cereal, yogurt, and fruit for breakfast. The rooms were spotless and functional, really enjoyed it. The location was amazing and lovely, because a train station was based close to the hotel😀❤

During my stay, all the staff here were really friendly and always had a smile for me. the room I had was big and just right, especially being on one of the lower levels. 🛏️ As for breakfast, they had a good selection of choices like cereals, yogurt, and fresh fruit.

The hotel is located closely to the train station( within 200 meters) and the waterbus pier. The room is clean and the air-conditioner functions well. The hotel provides free wi-fi at the lobby area so you won't experience communication break down with your contacts/friends.
the shower facility needs improvement. the water supply in the shower room is fairly weak !

Hotel is a very good hotel. Cheap (for Venice standards) and well located, a few steps from the trais station. It's on a quiet street. Rooms are clear and clean. Staff was very friendy and helpful. Breakfast is quite ok. We had a family room which hosted comortably four people.
The room misses a frigo, and hotel misses an elevator. But it's according to the cost-benefit choice we made.

The location is perfect, only a short 10-15 minute walk to Jackpot and nearby the main street and a church.

For the past year, I have travelled to Venice quite frequently and have stayed at various hotels. The hotel Caprera is the first I have really liked. The room was spacious and clean and the hotel is well located near the railway/bus station and the centre. It is not cheap (nothing is in Venice) but at least you get something nice for the price, which is not always the case in Venice.

We enjoyed the stay at this hotel. The room was nice and spacious with a nice bathroom and nice bed linens. The tv had lots of channels. This place was great for the money we paid.
The main problem with this hotel was the location which if you are traveling by rail will require a bus trip and then to wait on their shuttle but this is not a problem when you arrive at such a nice hotel. The other problem is that the staff had us waiting at the wrong place at the bus stop at 11:00 P.m at night waiting for their shuttle which could have been a problem. They said to wait near the newstand when the bus was at the bus stop. We almost watched our bus drive by us!

The hotel is ideally located in the vicinity of the train station & piazzale roma. Very central, very clean and staff are very friendly.
The hotel was up to the expected standard, however coffee making services in room would be much appreciated. A more clear indication, for example a sign outside the alley would be extremely helpfull mainly due to the fact that most of the alleys look all the same.

The owners and staff were really friendly. The rooms were clean and the location fantastic. It was very near the train station and a comfortable walk to the Duomo and San Marco. Though there are no elevators, it was an easy walk up 2nd floor with my big luggage. The breakfast was simple and healthy. Coffee was the best of all the hotels I stayed in Italy (Rome, Florence, Venice and Milan). Nice to have free wifi in hotel lobby and room.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
